It have previously been passed by all 3 opposition parties as Bill 307 but it died when Harper called the election in 2008. Now the Liberals are failing to support it fully. In October only 14 voted to speed its passage through the Parliamentary labyrinth. ... So, thank you, Tyler Hamilton, for this blog posting.
