		<description>I&#039;m begging you to pound this drum as hard as you can. The savings in district heating/cooling combined with geothermal heat sinks is too important to let by. Drilling wells for each individual townhouse, business and single-family residence would be insanity at even moderate densities. Pooling dozens of buildings into district loops where very large wells can be economical and solar thermal sites can be bundled for easy maintenance makes much more sense.</description>
