		<description>With the rapid sourcing of really great iPhone &amp; BB  apps, ahem Lixar and Google should already have field-tested individual or mini-SRS features as stand alone &#039;best&#039; apps, no?  Utility projects could take more years to reach mass market scale, too slow for a startup like Lixar.  Any campus, HOA, military base or managed community would jump at a killer app.</description>
