		<description>Great news, especially since it&#039;s a Canadian company, way to go! Not to mention that this proposal is expected to create 1,200 green jobs in the Kingston area. Not bad for an Act that has yet to be passed and a nice dent in the government&#039;s 50,000 jobs in three years target. Here&#039;s hoping that we can continue to build on this momentum and maybe a wind turbine manufacturer will be next to decide to build a factory in Ontario? Here&#039;s hoping...</description>
