Not to mention that this proposal is expected to create 1,200 green jobs in the Kingston area. Not bad for an Act that has yet to be passed and a nice dent in the government's 50,000 jobs in three years target. Here's hoping that we can continue to build on this momentum and maybe a wind turbine manufacturer will be next to decide to build a factory in Ontario? Here's hoping...
