I've been looking at all the plans for green infrastructure south of the border--things like updating the grid or high-speed rail--and I've been wondering if Canada's going to find itself way behind. I just don't think conservatives "get" infrastructure, at this time. And it would be nice to see a PM who's adult about climate change. Harper's not as bad as Bush, but still... Good.
