I&#039;ve been looking at all the plans for green infrastructure south of the border--things like updating the grid or high-speed rail--and I&#039;ve been wondering if Canada&#039;s going to find itself way behind. I just don&#039;t think conservatives &quot;get&quot; infrastructure, at this time.

And it would be nice to see a PM who&#039;s adult about climate change. Harper&#039;s not as bad as Bush, but still...</description>
