Sadly, it will be several years before we can have a house built:-(  But one of the features I have planned on is Geothermal heating and cooling - with emphasis on cooling here in Texas!  In fact, the Austin Independent School District was the first school district in the US to install Geothermal heating and cooling on a large scale several years ago- they have installed Geothermal to more schools since, and now about 3/4 of their 110 schools are cooled and heated by Geothermal.
