Wow! imagine the CO2 savings if this heat recovery operation was run on solar power.  Solar produces zero, count it... 0 CO2 when it&#039;s operating.  If you&#039;re comparing using solar to generate the heat in the first place (rather than some other high polluting energy source) then heat recovery would actually reduce CO2 emissions by exactly 0... i.e. zero!

Can&#039;t blame you for wanting to help, but please let the facts be known.  Don&#039;t get me wrong, I&#039;m all for heat recovery... why waste more energy generating heat when there&#039;s enough to go around... but do it responsibly by using clean solar energy for its power.  Zero extra CO2 is better than anything greater than zero extra CO2!
