Clean Break: More on plug-in hybrids
Monday, October 16th, 2006My Clean Break column in today’s Toronto Star is another look at the plug-in hybrid phenomenon in the United States and some encouraging signs that the technology is attracting attention in Canada — at least from some Canadian utilities and municipalities. But the piece does call for much more comprehensive study of the issue, particularly regarding the impact of connecting millions of plug-in hybrid or all-electric cars to provincial grids.
