Progressive on renewables. Aggressive with solar policy. Tough on vehicle emissions. Effective on conservation. Now cracking down on industrial CO2 emissions… Need I say more?

Its good to see a US state doing this. Whoda thunk Arnold would have led the US effort. But be something in those European genes.
