		<description>I&#039;m still looking for a Canadian insurer who will insure my vehicles based on how much I drive instead of where I live.  There&#039;s all sorts of things insurers could/should do to encourage conservation but it doesn&#039;t seem to fit with current business models.  Should this be regulated, perhaps?
