$100 oil… not such a crazy idea
Back in January I had a poll asking when readers thought we’d crack $100 oil. Most voted by the end of this year. It was an admittedly small poll, but the predictions certainly seem realistic these days. Given the record $78-plus price of crude oil posted Friday, cracking $80 seems a sure thing. If conflict in the Middle East keeps up and Hurricane season picks up momentum in the last half of the summer, we could see $100 oil by late fall… interesting times.
