Podcast: Interview with Ian Clifford of Feel Good Cars
My Clean Break podcast this morning is with Ian Clifford, CEO and founder of Toronto-based Feel Good Cars. Ian talks about his low-speed electric vehicle, ZENN, and the company’s efforts to begin selling the cars this year — mostly around the U.S. sunbelt where these vehicles are legal and in hot demand. Ian also talks about the company’s investment in Austin, Tex.-based startup EEStor Inc. and how its disruptive energy-storage system could make electric vehicles a mainstream option within the next 10 years. Feel Good Cars, which has an exclusive license to the technology for vehicles under 2,000 pounds, hopes to have the EEStor storage system running its ZENN vehicles within the next couple of years if all goes as planned.
