Legal quagmire thickens in hydrogen-injection dispute
Hy-Drive Technologies Ltd. announced today that the Ontario Superior Court has slapped an interim injunction on Canadian Hydrogen Energy Company Ltd., which has been accused of “exploiting assets which are alleged to have been unlawfully acquired from Global Tech.”
Global Tech Environmental Products Inc. appears to be an earlier company whose assets related to hydrogen injection are under dispute. Seems Hy-Drive and Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc., another party to the case, have teamed up against CHEC to stop the company from using these assets.
Even if this hydrogen-injection technology works the way these companies claim it does, this lengthy legal dispute doesn’t inspire much confidence. For a bit of background, check out this previous post.
